29th Ave Bathroom
Transforming this 1920s home from one bathroom to a home with a beautiful new Primary Bathroom was more than just a need—it was an opportunity to create something truly special.
Preserving the integrity and Victorian charm of the original home was a must. Every architectural detail, material, and finish was thoughtfully selected to feel as though it belonged, while still creating the comfort and functionality of a modern primary suite.
Finding that perfect balance between historic character and timeless elegance is what made this project such a masterpiece.
Where It Started
One impractical closet. Two tiny, chopped-up closets. And a home desperately in need of a Primary Bathroom.
The goal: Create an elegant, functional Primary Bathroom without sacrificing the closet space they needed.
By thoughtfully reworking the existing footprint, we were able to create a beautiful new primary suite that feels intentional, functional, and true to the character of this 1920s home.
Proof that great design isn’t always about having more space—it’s about making the space you have work beautifully.
Custom & Luxurious
The pops of brass paired with elegant marble and subtle terracotta-inspired accents brought just the right amount of warmth and character to the space.
A timeless combination that gives a nod to the home’s historic charm while still feeling fresh, elevated, and beautifully refined.
Attention to Detail & Quality
A custom walnut vanity, timeless marble countertops, and bright brass finishes come together to create the perfect balance of warmth and elegance.
Functional Flow is Key
Creating a functional layout within the existing footprint was key to making this Primary Bathroom feel comfortable, inviting, and spacious.
Closet Organization
A beautiful Primary Suite needs storage that works just as beautifully. Thoughtful closet organization allowed us to maximize every inch of available space, creating a place for everything without sacrificing the open, comfortable feel of the new Primary Bathroom.
Beautiful. Organized. Functional.
