Interior Design & Decorating Consultations

Have an idea of what you’re looking for, but worried that you may make the wrong decision? Not sure if specific products will work in your space or are concerned the item you select will ruin your design? These are a few reasons people sawt out my consulting services. Depending on your needs, we will set time aside to discuss the goals and outcome you are trying to achieve. We will go over the information I have learned and what some of my clients have done in similar past situations to help give you confidence in what direction you need to go in for your design needs.

Construction Documents & Project Development

Do you have a current space you are renovating or are concerned about the functionality of your home as you are building it? A complementary introductory meeting to understand your needs before putting together a fixed rate package for your project is a must. Each project and client is different and will require a custom package to make sure all needs that are necessary are included to create an efficient and detailed building plan. Most packages include meeting with the contractors/trade partners, doing site visits and completing detailed measurements needed for space planning.

3D Renderings

Making a decision without having a full grasp of what it will look like can be terrifying. Putting products, furnishing visuals, and colors all in a 3D rendering makes people confident in their decisions. Please contact me for more information and pricing.

Furnishing, Fixtures, and Finish Selections

Have a great eye to visualize the space, but don't have the time to do the research in finding the right products and styles that fit your vision? Let me do the digging for you! A retainer fee of consultation hours can be set aside for me to spend time doing research, contacting suppliers and gathering the accurate information for you to order/purchase your own products and materials with any discounts available with my partnered suppliers. Worried that the products may come in damaged? Don’t want to deal with the hassle of receiving, verifying, and customer service representatives? For an additional 15% fee I can do the receiving for you!
